Please read the instructions before filling out the Application
form carefully.

details like the student's name, date of birth, etc. should be spelled
correctly in the form as it appears in the passport and certificates. No
corrections will be allowed later on

Please
provide your updated email address and mobile number as all communications will
be sent to the registered email and mobile number only
o
It is
compulsory to fill all the fields that are marked mandatory (highlighted) in
the form. If any field is not applicable to you, please mark it as Not Applicable
(N/A)
o
After
completing the inquiry form and clicking on "Submit", you will be
asked to fill out the admission form. Our counselor will contact you to guide
you through the admission process
o
The
registered email has to be used to login to the admission portal for
admission-related updates.
By completing this form, you agree that:

All your
updated information will be available in the admission portal for future
correspondence.
o All the information provided is correct.
o You understand that if the information is found to be incorrect or false, you
will be automatically debarred from the selection/admission process without any
correspondence in this regard.
o You
understand that your application/registration/waitlisting does not guarantee
admission to a UPEACE course.
